CityWest Homes provides high quality housing services for over 12,000 social housing tenants and 9,000 leaseholders in central London, on behalf of Westminster City Council.\n\nWe launched as an arms length management organisation (ALMO) in 2002 to deliver the Decent Homes programme investing £200 million to improve the quality of housing in Westminster. In 2009 we became the first ALMO to launch a residential lettings agency expanding in 2013 to sales through CityWest Residential. In 2017 we established a subsidiary company - CityWest Homes Services Limited - which supports CityWest Homes.\n\nWe also provide professional property development and regeneration services from feasibility to completion and manage a combined heat and power plant which supplies 3,250 homes and businesses.\n\nOur mission is to create places where people are proud to live. It is important to us that we make a positive contribution to the communities we serve.
