What Is CityPASS?
CityPass booklets are purchased at one of the featured attractions and visitor centers. Booklets and e-tickets can be pruchased online at www.citypass.com. CityPass ticket holders skip most main entrance ticket lines, except in unusual cases such as the lack of a separate members desk or where entrance capacity is limited, e.g., Empire State Building Observatory's high speed elevator. Many museums and attractions display the CityPass logo at the member desk or a separate area, for immediate admission. Other attractions' customer service personnel, upon seeing the CityPass booklet, will invite CityPass ticket holders to a quicker entrance.
