Cinergy majority owners are successful entrepreneurs, Jeff & Jamie Benson, both CPA’s with a Big Four accounting background with Deloitte. Jeff Benson, CEO, has long been a visionary and leader in the theatrical exhibition industry and is a pioneer of the cinema entertainment center (“CEC”) concept. The Bensons used their vast operational knowledge of traditional cinemas and movie grills when creating the Cinergy concept and have spent recent years honing their knowledge of the amusement business. Numerous other CEC’s are popping up around Texas and the nation and Cinergy is one of the early leaders in this segment having developed the right management team, growth strategy, and management controls over the various aspects of the business. The Bensons stand on their track record of success having now developed nineteen theatre complexes all of which are still in operation to this day, none having ever closed.
