Hy first became interested in the instant response, Emergency Special Delivery business while working in his father's butcher shop as a delivery man. Hy's son, William, became involved in the family business at a young age. Bill's beginnings included maintenance chores and being a truck helper. He extended his experience by working in dispatch, accounting and customer service.
