Centrix Bank was formed in 1998 to provide commercial banking services to small to medium-sized businesses and professionals. Centrix Bank is a New Hampshire State-chartered, FDIC-insured bank. Since formation, Centrix Bank has expanded its headquarters in Bedford, New Hampshire, to include four full-service branches located in the City of Manchester, the City of Portsmouth, the City of Concord and the Town of Milford, New Hampshire. The Bank's Operations Center is also located in Bedford, New Hampshire. The Bank also operates a loan production office in the City of Dover, New Hampshire and has committed to open a full service office in Dover in early 2008.
