What Is Center for Plastic Surgery?

The Center for Plastic Surgery, CPS, was established in 1986. It combines the reconstructive and cosmetic surgery practices of Dr. James French, Dr. Wesley Price, Dr. Samir S. Rao and Dr. Frank P. Albino. With a reputation for aesthetic judgment, surgical skill and artistry, our surgeons work together to offer patients a comprehensive range of options for specialized aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
