What Is Cause Strategy Partners?

OUR WORK The mission of Cause Strategy Partners is to help social good organizations achieve their missions fueled by great leadership, great strategy and, most importantly, great results. We are a purpose-driven enterprise that believes in harnessing the power of business for social good. We are proud to be a Certified B-Corporation. OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES - Board Placement, Training and Support - Consulting to CSR, HR/Talent & Corporate Foundations - Board Governance - Board-CEO Coaching BOARDLEAD: OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM BoardLead recruits and places high-performing, earlier-career professionals from top companies and professional services firms on the boards of nonprofit organizations. To strengthen their board service experience and position them early on to step into board leadership roles, BoardLead also provides these next generation board members with a year of good governance training and three months of one-on-one individualized support. PRAISE FOR BOARDLEAD The BoardLead program had a great yield for us: two BoardLeaders joined our national board and another joined our Brooklyn school board. All of them bring needed diversity to our governance structure and are terrific board members. I’ve worked with several different board development and matchmaking programs over the years; this was the best by far. - Jonathan Rosenberg, President and CEO, Hebrew Public OUR CLIENTS ▪ Google ▪ LinkedIn ▪ BlackRock ▪ Barclays ▪ PricewaterhouseCoopers ▪ United Airlines ▪ Goldman Sachs ▪ MasterCard ▪ Moody’s ▪ Workday ▪ Macquarie Group ▪ Cushman & Wakefield ▪ Motorola Solutions ▪ Allstate ▪ Capital One ▪ The New York Community Trust (NYC) ▪ Heckscher Foundation for Children (NYC) ▪ The Joyce Foundation (Chicago) ▪ UJA Federation of New York (NYC) ▪ Plan A Advisors (NYC) ▪ Per Scholas (National) ▪ Citizen Schools (National) ▪ Sargent Shriver National Center for Poverty Law (National) ▪ Global Glimpse (San Francisco) ▪ Youth INC (NYC) ▪ Citizens Committee of NYC (NYC) ▪ Kaufman Music Center (NYC) ▪ The Center for Arts Education (NYC) ▪ Harlem RBI Dream Charter School (NYC) ▪ Young Women’s Leadership Network (NYC) ▪ Habitat For Humanity Chicago (Chicago) ▪ Victory Gardens (Chicago) ▪ Emmaus House (Atlanta) ▪ Many more social good organizations
