Cascade Management, Inc. was formed as a continuation of Tom Walsh & Co. which has been in existence and operational since 1974. Our company has steadily grown along with our property portfolio. We currently manage over 100 properties throughout the state of Oregon concentrating our efforts on the management of low income and affordable housing. Our goal is to provide safe and affordable housing to those in need. All of the projects we manage are either Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulated, regulated under Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, HOME and other PDC properties.
