We provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government. Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd has around 6,300 homes located across the county of Gwynedd. The area we serve is largely rural with a high percentage of our customers Welsh speakers our bilingual employees and services reflect this. Achieving Welsh Housing Quality Standard is an important part of our work at the moment and we will spend a total of £136million on improving homes and ensuring all properties reach the standard by 2015.
