What Is Career Transition Partnership?

The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the Ministry of Defence's official provider of Armed Forces resettlement. We are a partnering agreement between the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Right Management Ltd, who are global career development and outplacement specialists and part of the ManpowerGroup. We are the official providers of resettlement services for those leaving the Armed Forces and we also operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire Service leavers. \r\n\r\nTo date, we’ve assisted over 170,000 Service leavers with the transition to civilian life and supported thousands of organisations looking to employ ex-Service personnel. We look forward to helping you too.\r\n\r\nSERVICE LEAVERS - How the CTP can help you \r\nWe’re here to provide flexible support from two years before discharge, through to two years after.
