Welcome to the Capacity Family! Capacity is a startup incubator for entrepreneurs with refugee and migrant backgrounds in Switzerland. We work at the intersection of social entrepreneurship and migration. Capacity is a non-profit association established in 2015. Capacity aims to facilitate the economic and social inclusion of persons with refugee and migrant background into a sustainable Swiss economy and society. Our comprehensive 7-month start-up programme was the first incubator of its kind in Zurich. The programme is tailored for entrepreneurs with refugee and migrant background who would like to launch a business or socio-cultural initiative.
