What Is CapRock Real Estate?

CapRock was formed 12 years ago during the depths of the Global Financial Crisis and harnessed its vertically integrated platform to resolve issues and add value on over 6.3M SF of distressed real estate assets for Family Offices, Banks, Private Investors and Special Servicers. Our acquisitions team seeks out value-add opportunities to invest in Multifamily in Secondary and Tertiary markets throughout the Central US, as well as, Amazon Resistant retail shopping centers.
