We worked with over 50 industry-renowned psychologists and maternal wellness experts to develop curricula that tackle the very top factors that contribute to stress, anxiety, and mood disorders from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Moms engage with a proprietary blend of cognitive-based, interpersonal, and compassionate therapies targeted to their personal goals in the app for 12 minutes a day for 12 days.
