C&C is an innovative charitable provider of Housing, Care, and bespoke services exclusively for the over 55â??s in London. \n\nMrs Chesterton founded our organisation over 90 years ago to provide refuge to homeless young women and we have continued to offer inspirational, person-centred care and support to older people, including:\n\n- Frail older people who require personal care or care with nursing\n- People living with dementia\n- Active older people living in sheltered and extra care housing\n- People with mental health support needs\n\nWe are The Housing Provider â??Where Inspiration Livesâ??. We aim to be inspirational in everything we do and promise our residents and service users the very best service. \n\nWe also provide quality services to general needs tenants, owning and managing c.2000 properties across London.
