Our Company History We entered the field services industry repairing REO residential properties in Central Florida for local brokers in 1990. By the mid-1990s, we re-focused our business model to exclusively manage and service REO properties and in 1998 we were one of the first companies to implement a flat-fee pricing model. Our preservation department continued to grow and expand its menu of services and by 2002, provided national preservation coverage. Our national repair program and national inspection program quickly followed. About Our Founders Our founders have been in the homebuilding business since 1979. In 1990, they began serving the REO industry by repairing foreclosed properties for local brokers in the central Florida area. By 1996, they focused exclusively on serving the default services industry by providing REO field services, and in 1998, rebranded the family business as Cyprexx Services. The founders are members of REOMAC, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce.
