Every CITTI Markt is located in one of Germany?s most successful shopping center with a range of fashion, furnishing and electronics retailers, the CITTI-PARK. CITTI is a family-owned company with decades-long tradition. With our 360 degree communication strategy we are able to select the best touch point for each of our different CITTI Markt target groups (privat and Skandinavien customers, B2B etc.). Therefore our popular loyalty program is absolutely essential. Customer data is our key to adjust product lines, promotions and mailings. With those specific marketing concepts we are able to create a strong relationship, for example to our Scandinavian visitors from Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The CITTI Markt located in Kiel is also specialized in export business. We supply German and European food to supermarkets and food service industry for example in South America, Canary Islands and Eastern Europe.
