CIARO (Center for Intelligence Analysis, Research & Operations) is a non-profit think tank, created under the mandates of 6 USC 331(c); specializing in the advancement and support of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) and National Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States of America and not only. CIARO's primary mission objectives and goals are consistent and in support of the National Security Act of 1947; 50 USC 401. The CIARO’s role is to provide timely, insightful, objective, and relevant intelligence about the activities, capabilities, plans, and intentions of all institutions, organizations, persons, and their agents to inform decisions on national security issues and events. The CIARO does not make policy recommendations.
