CEFE International is a consultant company based in Cologne. We contribute to the private sector development. Our overall goal is the promotion of MSMEs to empower national economies. How do we do it? We act, with our daily work, on micro and meso level. Which means, training people to become entrepreneurs or improve their business and supporting organizations and projects to enhance approach in empowering MSMEs. CEFE International is well known by CEFE Method, one of the most successful methods in entrepreneurship. CEFE Method, is a comprehensive set of training instruments. It uses an action-oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and sustainable economic development. We contribute to the Millenium Development Goals by enabling lasting income generation, job creation, business growth and strengthening business service providers. Through the recent decade we have been able to complement and expand our services for promotion of MSMEs: • By advising organizations to strengthen their capacity. • By enhancing partnerships between Europe and foreign businesses. • By digitizing learning approaches. • By advising projects to achieve sustainable results. • And last by not least by empowering start-ups and MSMEs in their entrepreneurial and business skills. CEFE International has a network of more than 3500 experts in 74 countries. They are all certified in CEFE Method. The main objective of the network is to offer a space for cooperation among CEFE experts and trainers. CEFE International supports the work of the network and benefits from the vast experience and knowledge of all its members in order to develop existing CEFE tools and to create innovative solutions for current exigencies and challenges.
