Our legacy began as two firms; each founded in 1966...Capital Consultants in Lansing, mid-Michigan and Design Works A/E in Grand Rapids on Michigan's west side. The firms grew by adding in-house capabilities, staff and offices. Working together for 8 years created an exciting synergy. The result was our merger in 2005, streamlining the collaboration of architecture and engineering. Two years later, we branded ourselves as C2AE, symbolizing the efficient full-service capabilities we can offer our clients.
