What Is Brook Food Services?

Brook Food Services has been providing food and event management services nationwide since 2007 from our headquarters in Little Island, Cork. We offer two services: 1) Contract Catering - We provide employees nationwide with approximately 10,000 meals per day, across 26 sites. We promote healthy options on all of our sites through our recently launched Fit Foodie Programme hosted by Derval O'Rourke our Health & wellbeing Ambassador. We have a 100% client retention rate which is a testament to the quality of our food, staff and overall dining experience. 2) Event Catering - Whether it's a wedding or a conference, a family BBQ or a Gala Dinner, your Brook Food Services personal Event Manager will be on hand to ensure that your event and food menu exceeds your expectations. We have extensive experience in managing both small and large events, including; The Rose of Tralee Ball, The Tall Ships Festival, The Cork Chamber Annual Dinner. The Brook Food Services Team has grown quickly over a short space of time, reflecting the demand for our services. What started as two employees in 2007 has now turned into approximately 250 staff on a full-time basis. We are very proud to say that we were the first food services company in Ireland to hold four ISO standards (ISO1800, ISO2200, ISO900, ISO1400). We pride ourselves on the quality of our food. All of our produce is sourced locally and prepared freshly on site. We meet with our suppliers to ensure that quality and taste is consistently the very best. We use healthier cooking methods, healthier oils and we ensure that low-fat alternatives are used where appropriate. Also, our menus are tailored to suit all dietary requirements, whilst still offering healthy and tasty options at a competitive price.
