The British Army's Programmes Directorate is at the heart of delivering the Army's modernisation programme: be it the latest equipment, key logistical support, or developing new programmes.\n\nWe have a key role in enabling the Army’s purpose: 'to fight and win wars on land' by delivering Army capability and realising the full potential of the Future Soldier. \n\nThe Army contributes significantly to UK prosperity and growth and through the Directorate, it is revitalising the land industrial base through the Land Industrial Strategy.
