Established in 1989 by Tom, Jeff and Mike Brenk, Brenk Brothers Inc. is a precision machining company that utilizes CNC milling, turning, and wire EDM equipment extensively in the production of customer designed parts. We also utilize laser part marking. We specialize in providing our considerable experience with the engineering and development of prototype parts and complete assemblies for our customers. We also have the capacity for our customers' repeat and longer run requirements. We excel in the development of prototype designs by offering cost reducing suggestions while maintaining or improving function. Our facility is fully staffed to provide support in all aspects of manufacturing your parts. Our Quality Assurance department utilizes four DCC-type coordinate measuring machines, three of which were purchased new in 1999. Our QC procedures are based on MIL-I-45208, with emphasis on ISO-9000 compatibility. Brenk Brothers Inc. is routinely involved in close tolerance (less than .0005”) work on machined parts. We can also provide complete assemblies of components, including wiring and testing as required. We are experienced in using SPC where applicable. We offer in town delivery on our products, and also ship internationally to customer sites.
