What Is Bonefish Systems?

At Bonefish Systems, we develop and rapidly deploy lightweight business process automation solutions. We help you maximize workforce efficiencies, improve quality, and enable you to focus on your core business while minimizing the burden of large capital investments. Bonefish provides you a transaction based alternative creating a pay for results arrangement. Bonefish Systems’ services include Financial/IT consulting, Fraud software and Managed Services for small to mid-size local businesses. Our software includes Electronic Vendor Audit System (eVAS) and Electronic Payroll Audit System (ePAS) both products provide complete fraud detection and risk management technology for accounts payable while remaining affordable and easy to integrate. Moving from a start up to being in business for over 10 years, founder Tom Mitchell and his team of experts bring a personal style and understanding to the table by working closely with businesses to identify, manage and cost effectively develop solutions that increases your productivity without sinking your budget. What our Customers Have To Say: - eVAS has streamlined our internal control process over vendor payments and made it more effective and efficient. I feel more confident that the vendor payments have received the sufficient scrutiny they deserve. Further the developers at eVAS have listened to their customers by providing timely program enhancements such as budget account codes within the review process to add another dimension of review. - ePAS alerted us to false bank account request for an employee as a result of a phishing scam. The scam involved a hacked employee email requesting a bank account change and payroll completed the request. When we reviewed the payroll file with ePAS, it alerted us to the account change, which triggered our follow up and learned the employee did not authorize the change. We contacted the bank prior to deposit finalization and pulled back the money to avoid fraud.
