Founded in 2002 in Chicago, Blue Vista co-invests with successful investors and developers of all real property types across the United States and select international markets. Industry veterans Robert G. Byron and Peter Stelian founded the company after identifying several niche investment strategies to enhance the economics of real estate transactions.
