What Is Bioregional?

Bioregional champions a better, more sustainable way to live. We work with partners to create better places for people to live, work and do business. Our ambition is simple. We want our practical projects to inspire people to live happy, healthy lives within the natural limits of the planet, leaving space for wildlife and wilderness. We call this One Planet Living. A core part of our work is providing advisory services to companies, public sector bodies and property development projects to help them achieve their sustainability ambitions. We also use our entrepreneurial experience to develop innovative solutions and new business models to tackle thorny sustainability challenges. And based on our practical experience, we advocate for policy change. A registered charity, Bioregional's main office is at the award-winning BedZED eco-village in London, which we initiated and helped develop. We also have offices in Oxford and Brighton in the UK, as well as sister organisations or representatives in South Africa, Canada, USA, Mexico, Greece and Australia.
