About the Ferndale Pharma Group: Founded in 1897, the J.F. Hartz Company provided surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment to the medical profession. Years later the name was changed to Ferndale Surgical and Laboratories. In 1975, the company, then called Ferndale Laboratories, Inc., embarked on a mission to grow from a local pharmaceutical manufacturer to a healthcare company with national recognition. In 2004, Ferndale Laboratories, Inc. reorganized to form the Ferndale Pharma Group, Inc., the holding company for a number of healthcare specialty companies, including: Biopelle®, Inc., Ferndale Healthcare, Inc., Eloquest Healthcare®, Inc., Ferndale Laboratories, Inc. and Ferndale Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Within this organizational structure, our subsidiaries are able to rapidly capitalize on opportunities to advance our businesses by providing stakeholders (healthcare professionals, patients, business partners, and associates) with medical solutions that enable patients to live healthier lives. We remain dedicated to taking a leadership role in providing information, brands, and services to facilitate patient care.
