What Is Bicycle Health?
Bicycle Health offers Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) via Telemedicine. We currently serve patients in 19 states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, ME, MI, IA, NE, NM, ND, FL, VT, WA, MT, IL, WI, TX, VA and WY. We are launching in new states every month! What we provide: - Medication Management: A licensed provider will perform an assessment and prescribe Buprenorphine - Naloxone, if appropriate and help taper it down over time. All appointments are done via video call. - Behavioral Health: Patients often have co-occurring depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. Our behavioral health providers have 1-1 calls with patients to support their mental health needs. - Support Groups: Our free Support Groups offer a platform for patients to share their journeys with others, support others, and reflect on ways to achieve emotional growth. - Care Coordination: Through continuous, on-demand availability, our care coordinators help patients navigate treatment and life changes as a partner, mentor, and support system. Our Difference: - We don't take a ‘one size fits all' approach. Our philosophy is centered around collaborative treatment plan development to help patients accomplish the goals they bring to the program. - Same day appointments. We help patients get started with our program as soon as they are ready. - We outreach to your patients. Just call, text, or email us if a patient or someone you know is in need of treatment. We will take care of the rest and keep you informed regarding the outcome of the referral. - Easy access. Patients can reach their clinical team anytime, anywhere via text, chat, email, video, or phone and get a response within minutes. - Affordable care. We accept Medicare and United Healthcare across the US. We also accept most major commercial insurances in California. We are working on getting enrolled in payers in other states. Self pay rate: $199/month.
