Formed in 2012, Berkeley Square Developments is a joint venture real estate company, specialising in residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments in London. Our passion is investing in places and people to create remarkable developments for everyone to enjoy. \n\nWe have secured planning permission for over 1.25million square feet of developments in London, which we are delivering with our funding partners and institutional investors. In the last 5 years, Berkeley Square has completed the delivery of over £300million of developments, creating fantastic new homes and places to visit.\n\nWe have a development programme to deliver over 1,000 new homes and 150,000sqft of commercial offices and non-residential uses by 2025. These schemes form part of our commitment to sustainable and transformative development and investment which supports regeneration, providing enjoyable places to live, work and relax.
