Barna Recycling was established in 1993 and continues to grow from strength to strength, offering a wide range of domestic and commercial waste collection, recycling, compost and environmental services to our customers throughout Connacht. Barna Recycling is located in Carrowbrowne, Headford road, Co. Galway. The company currently employs over 300 staff and have offices located in different parts of Connacht. We operate four EPA licensed facilities in Galway, Roscommon, Athlone and Leitrim. The Barna Waste Transfer Facility in Galway is the largest site in Connacht (7.5 acres under roof), more than 9 acres in total. At Barna Recycling we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable, consistent, cost effective and environmentally friendly waste management service. We aim to offer a first class service to our customers and best value for money. We are committed to promoting sustainability by reducing the volume of waste going to landfill, and our goal is to dispose zero waste to landfill. Our focus is centered around recycling and composting and by placing this a the heart of our business, we are leading the way to reduce the carbon footprint of both our company and customers.
