BURNCO is over 100 years old and a fourth generation aggregate construction materials business with over sixty locations in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Texas. A family business based in Calgary, BURNCO produces high quality aggregates, paving asphalt and ready mix concrete and also operates a network of retail landscape centres. The Ready Mix division has more than 32 concrete plants strategically located throughout Western Canada and Texas which provide a full range or ready mix construction services for residential and commercial customers. By utilizing our own aggregate sources, cement terminals, concrete plants, mixer trucks, gravel trucks and a motivated, competent workforce, we are leaders in meeting customer demand. The Asphalt Division produces and supplies a full range of hot and cold mix asphalt to independent and locally owned Asphalt Paving Contractors and municipal governments. We are proud to supply consistent high quality asphalt and reliable service to the contractors we work with. The Aggregate Division produces and sells sand and gravel from Company-owned or leased pits in Alberta, Texas and British Columbia. Through responsible practices the gravel is located and developed and then the land is reclaimed to a final end use such as farming, ranching, parks and subdivisions. The Landscape Centres Division runs 10 BURNCO Landscape Centres and 5 BURNCO Landscape Express Centres which are located throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Offering a wide assortment of decorative rock, landscape boulders, paving stones, precast products, sand, gravel, retaining walls, soils, mulches, ponds, lighting and other landscaping accessories, we are proud to provide our customers with a ?One Stop Shop?? for all their landscape supplies.
