Our answer was simple, create a business model where Account Managers focused entirely on the needs of our clients and Consultants on the needs of our candidates. Well 26 years on and having survived 2 recessions, an office flood, several re-locations, a digital revolution, the Christmas parties we're still growing. We're now helping clients to recruit sales, marketing, and engineering professionals and delivering the training and development support to get the most out of the investment. Set up in 1990 we now have over 200 employees operating internationally across 11 offices in 15 specialist divisions.
