Incorporated in the spring of 1997, BDA Inc. (Brown Daniels Associates Inc.) is led by principals Brad Daniels and Toccar Brown. BDA focuses primarily on institutional and commercial spaces, with a project niche for social and community-based public spaces. BDA has worked diligently to build a roster of satisfied clients, among them Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS), CB Richard Ellis Ltd., Colliers Project Leaders Inc., Greenwin Inc., York University, Seneca College, Sheridan College, the Peel District School Board, the Toronto Catholic District School Board, Infrastructure Ontario, the Toronto Public Library and Mississauga South Branch Libraries, as well as various provincial and federal government agencies and the City of Toronto. BDA's specialty is commercial and institutional interior renovations, as well as new construction, with some experience in the sector of design build. In addition, BDA offers the following services: project management, site supervision, quantity surveying, estimating and BDA's own forces can provide general labour and carpentry skills. There is generally a roster of 25-35 projects on the go, with a range of complexities, contract values, and at various stages of progress.
