The proposals are for 1,152 new homes including 40% affordable homes and a new sports centre for the community benefit. \n\nIn 2018 Avanton purchased another exciting 4 acres site in Richmond, which it intends to develop into a residential led mixed use scheme of the highest quality, with 453 new homes, including 40% affordable homes. \n\nIn 2019 Avanton increased its commitment to the Old Kent Road regeneration area, by acquiring 2 more exciting sites, now with a total of over 2,100 new homes in development in the regeneration area.\n\nWe are currently on the hunt for regeneration sites in and around central London.
