What Is Aussie Broadband?

Aussie Broadband is an Australian owned and operated internet service provider that is rapidly developing a reputation for high quality internet and service. Aussie is so far the only provider outside the "big four" to have its own national network built to all NBN hubs across Australia, which gives us direct control over bandwidth and troubleshooting. We manage our network to avoid congestion. Based out of the Latrobe Valley in Victoria, we employ more than 140 staff across several states. Our strong regional values (particularly no bullsh*t) affect every part of our business. For example, we stop selling in areas where we know there's a delay on our bandwidth orders. We don't do lock-in contracts. We talk in Plain English. Our corporate arm, Wideband, has a similar reputation for quality, custom-built solutions for enterprise business and government, as well as wholesale services for other ISPs. As well as providing great internet and phone services, we put a lot of energy into making our communities better. Half our leadership team, for example, are also volunteers with the Scout Association. We sponsor community internet connections, we fundraise for great causes, we outsource work to community groups, and we have a generous community service leave policy for our staff. If you're considering applying for a job at Aussie or Wideband, we strongly urge you to take a look at our values - no bullsh*t, be awesome, think big, be good to people, and have fun. They are the way we do business.
