Atlantic Energy Concepts was founded in 1994 to provide customers with sustainable facility solutions that maximize energy cost savings while maintaining occupant comfort and productivity. We are recognized throughout the industry as a customer-focused company that sets new standards in the design and implementation of energy-efficient lighting projects. The company is headquartered in Reading, PA, with field-based team members in key regions of the country. Although we qualify as an SBA Small Business, we have the experience, technical expertise and corporate backing to handle any size project. We have performed lighting retrofits on over a thousand projects in both the public and private sectors, including Federal, state and local government, hospitals, universities, school districts, office buildings, retail, and commercial/industrial spaces. The projects range in size from 50,000 square feet to over six million square feet. Atlantic Energy Concepts can manage both design and construction and when we work under a turn-key arrangement, we take full responsibility for all aspects of the project from site survey through project closeout. Rather than counting fixtures and replacing them on a 1:1 basis, our lighting design staff engineers custom lighting and control solutions that maximize energy and operational savings while taking into consideration the needs of all building occupants. Next, we review various lighting technology options – without brand bias – and identify the products that we believe are best suited for each application and enable the project to meet your payback or other requirements, such as Buy American or Trade Agreement Act.
