These scholarships can pay up to full tuition and may also include a monthly subsistence allowance and funds for textbooks, classroom supplies and equipment. - Army ROTC has over 36,000 students enrolled in the program and commissions over 70 percent of the Army's new lieutenants each year. - Army ROTC affiliations include: Ivy League campuses, prestigious private colleges and top quality public universities.
