The Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) is essential to all CPAs in Arizona. The ASCPA is an active professional organization of CPAs of almost 6,000 members working together to enhance the profession and better serve the public. The mission of the ASCPA is to enhance the success of our members and lead our profession. We fulfill our mission through: Education - We are the best place for life-long learning. We provide useful information and high-quality education that enables members to improve their competence, effectiveness, image and professionalism. Advocacy - We represent the interests of members. We act as an advocate to build relationships and promote the interests of CPAs with governments, regulatory agencies, and other organizations. Image - We increase the value of the CPA. We put members in a position to enhance their image and compete in the global marketplace. We foster a better understanding of, and appreciation for, CPA services. We promote the CPA profession as an attractive career choice.
