DGI Clinical is a boutique Contract Research Organization (CRO) developing tools for patient-centered research and care. We produce shared decision-making tools which shift the entire dialogue between clinicians, patients, their families and the greater care team. We also use tools at the cutting edge of data science, enabling an individualized approach to medical research that is inherently clinically meaningful. Grounded in decades of research, our approach uses a modified Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) methodology to produce patient-centered outcome measures in the form of eCOAs; these are valid, reliable, and responsive measures tailor-made for the clinical trial setting. Our roots are in dementia and CNS and we have many patient-centered outcome measures ready for use in these areas. We also work in partnership with sponsors to develop bespoke eCOAs, including a recent tool developed for hemophilia.
