Airmate provides the following services: CNC milling, machining, drilling, tapping and cutting; flame polishing; assembly; heat bending; edge polishing; steel and brass riveting; eyeleting; screen printing; hot stamping; pad printing; and heat transfer application. At Airmate, we pride ourselves in partnering with our customers to produce OEM parts to specification. We currently have ten 3-axis multihead CNC mills in operation and more than 100 available cutting heads. We have the ability to work with oversized part requirements up to 4" thick and 120" long.
