How often is preventive maintenance performed? This is determined by our computerized tasking. All equipment is entered into our software program, which only LINC Contractors have. All manufacturer's recommendations are used, as well as operating hours, age of the equipment, and certain geographical factors are taken into consideration. 9. Will we see the same technicians, so they can get to know our equipment? Yes. Two technicians are assigned to your facility. These technicians will perform preventive maintenance and service calls. If for some reason another technician must be used, one of equal technical knowledge and experience will be dispatched. 10. What happens if we have an equipment failure in the middle of the night? However, we are an authorized dealer for Automated Logic Controls (ALC). We feel this is the finest EMS and DDC control system on the market today.
