Advanced Management Company is a privately owned property management company started in 1982 and built on a foundation of ethical business practices. Those same principles are in place today serving nearly 8000 families in Southern California! Best known for its honest approach to property management, AMC is bringing quality living to apartment homes. Nearly all of our apartment communities have been renovated in the past few years bringing high-end upgrades to affordable communities. Because we believe that leaving a smaller eco-footprint on this planet is necessary for future generations, our live green' philosophy encourages water and electric conservation. We also honor our earth by planting hundreds of trees every Arbor Day and participating in an annual beach cleanup day. Our live healthy' philosophy lead us down the path to being the first property management company in Orange County to transition all of our apartments to non-smoking apartments. Because we believe that taking care of your health is vital to your well-being, we host an annual Employee Health Expo. Our live happy®' philosophy encourages us to treat our residents with a welcoming and caring attitude.
