The ownership consists of local Registered Nurses and Healthcare Administrators that recognized a need in the community and wanted to make a positive impact on patient care. Although there are many Home Health and Hospice companies in Utah, we wanted to raise the bar by providing excellence in patient focused care. Active Home Health and Hospice is locally owned and operated, with over 25 years of combined healthcare experience. Our mission is to stand for excellence in patient service and care.
