Able Industrial Services Inc. Is the natural result of my past experience and training. We bring several new approaches to roofing, general construction, and rehab work in the western New York area. We treat each building as a separate entity. First establishing why something has failed before making any recommendations. We use visual, structural and thermal imaging to determine how a roof failed. Once we have established the why, we can set about designing a custom solution that fits that buildings unique situation and construction. No two buildings are ever exactly the same. There is no roofing system that will effectively work in every situation. Before you spend your money make sure your contractor understands your goals, and needs. Although we are approved manufactures installers for most roofing, and building systems we like to keep an open mind, we are not interested in just selling the manufactures products that is offering a trip this year or some new gadget to entice sales.
