What Is A Second Opinion?

A Second Opinion was started in 1988 as a Yellow Page Advertising Agency. At that time, yellow pages were just about the only place for local businesses to market to consumers needing their services. Fast forward 20 years, and yellow pages have all but died and it is virtually impossible to run a successful local business without the Internet. A Second Opinion added an internet division in 2008. The owner of the business also owned a home service business, which lived off of leads from the yellow pages. He needed to find a new source for leads to save his home service business, and a new business model to save his yellow page business from becoming extinct. His dual dilemma resulted in the birth of A2O Search Marketing. Ten years later, A2O is providing marketing services to over 80 businesses, producing tens of thousands of leads a month. As an agency we spend every day focusing on being the best in class at internet marketing for local home service businesses. This includes industries like pest control, roofers, HVAC, electricians and plumbers. We frequently get asked what makes us different from every other providers out there: 1. We specialize in home services only. 2. We are owned by a home service professional of almost 20 years. 3. Our Customer Success Strategist team only works with 10-20 clients each. 4. We balance the use of automation with regular human involvement, for the best possible results. 5. We strive to produce a large volume of leads at a profitable ROI. 6. We spend time educating our customers on the complexities of Internet Marketing. 7. Our customer retention rate in 2017 was 98%. 8.
