ARBURG, a family owned company, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of plastic processing machines. The portfolio includes ALLROUNDER injection molding machines with clamping forces between 14 and 730 US ton, the freeformer for industrial additive manufacturing, robotic systems, turnkey solutions and peripherals. ARBURG Inc, its US subsidiary, focuses on sales, service and turnkey engineering for the entire North American market. The company is headquartered in Rocky Hill, CT, with technical centers located in Eglin, IL and Irvine, CA. An international sales and service network guarantees first-class, local customer support. ARBURG is represented by its own organizations at 33 locations in 25 countries and by trading partners in more than 50 countries. The machines are produced exclusively at the parent company in Lossburg, Germany. Of a total of around 2,700 employees, about 2,200 work in Germany. About 500 further employees work in ARBURG's organizations around the world. In 2012, ARBURG became one of the first companies to gain triple certification: to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 50001 (Energy).
