What Is AQUILA Air Traffic Management Services?

NATS and Thales UK have formed a consortium, with Frequentis and Jotron as Strategic Sub-Contractors, under the name AQUILA Air Traffic Management Services to bid for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) MARSHALL programme. On the 29 October 2014, AQUILA signed a contract to deliver Marshall, the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) programme to transform terminal air traffic management at military airfields. The four companies bring proven expertise to satisfy the requirements of the MARSHALL programme, which will deliver enhanced capability and significant through-life cost savings in military air traffic management (ATM).
