With dedicated shops and technicians, APB provides full services in the following trades: • Machining – Threading/ Milling / Lathe’s • Welding & Metal Fabrication – New Construction/ Exhausts/ Air Intakes/ Extensions • Plumbing, Pipe Fitting & Pressure Testing – Through Holes and Sea Chests • Composites Department - repair and new build (Fiberglass, Epoxy, Carbon Fiber & Kevlar) o High performance composite modifications and structural repairs o Interior & Exterior Finishing/ Fairing and Painting • Joinery & Carpentry Support o Finish Carpentry/ Cabinetry o Interference removal & re-installation • Rigging – Removal and Installation of major machinery engines and generators • Mooring and Stabilization Systems • Custom Stainless-Steel Art - Commissioned pieces APB works closely with all classification societies and regulatory bodies (Lloyds, ABS, RINA, USCG), and has been tested and certified by these agencies and their standards in a wide variety of materials and techniques including (Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Bi-Metallic, Copper-Nickel CuNi). APB’s tradesmen are tested and re-certified annually to maintain the certification which provides a great working relationship with local surveyors, and eliminates the need for re-work. APB’s relationship with agents and surveyors ensures repairs are done correctly and within the original builder’s guidelines to provide the smoothest experience possible.
