From Traineeships, Apprenticeship and Higher Apprenticeships across 30 different sectors, to employability training and short commercial courses, we have something for everyone and, this is the good bit, most of our training is fully-funded.\n\nOur vision\nTo make a positive difference to people’s lives by providing excellent learning programmes.\n\nOur mission\nTo be the recognised as one of the leading training providers in the UK.\n\nOur core values\n• Being positive and having a ‘can-do’ attitude\n• Taking pride and responsibility in exceeding people’s expectations\n• Helping raise and realise people’s aspirations\n• Having fun in providing a professional, safe and friendly service\n• Showing deep respect for individuals\n\nWhy Choose ACT?\nWe’re not going to lie, fully-funded training is a big draw, but the main reason people choose ACT is because we are great at what we do. Established in 1988, we have oodles of experience in delivering bespoke training for individuals and employers in Wales and England.\n\nLast year alone we:\n• Helped over 6,500 young people achieve their career ambitions through our Traineeship and Apprenticeship programmes\n• Worked with over 700 businesses, helping them to up skill their existing workforce via our Apprenticeship programmes\n• Recruited 75 young Apprentices for employers who were looking to fill their skills gap\n\nEven though we deliver huge quantities of training, we don’t skimp when it comes to the quality. We are very proud of our work and strive to deliver an excellent service every time. We are pleased to tell you that we have a 85% success rate (which means a very high proportion of our learners successfully complete their training) and 89% of our learners rate us as excellent.\n\nWe love what we do, and, not meaning to blow our own trumpet, we are good at it.
