To drive the level of English, a prerequisite in the offshore outsourcing industry, Bleum has a full time English teacher, and practices an English only policy for every employee. In terms of capability, all Project Manager's are PMP certified and Bleum was one of the first software development outsourcing companies in China to be CMM Level 5 accredited. As for security Bleum prides itself on having rigorous security measures in place, and adheres to BSI Security Management System ISO 27001, the toughest security management system in the world.
