Quail Tools began with a vision that Robert “Bob” White saw as a rental tool company dedicated to quality tools, dependable service and commitment to customers. After working for Wilson DownHole Services for 23 years, Bob along with friend and co-worker Jimmy Jones, left the employment of Wilson to begin what is now one of the leading rental tool companies in the oil and gas industry. In 1978, with a few tools, cement mills, and a tremendous desire, Bob White put his ideas to work. With a strong commitment to quality and service, Quail Tools began to grow rapidly and steadily, forging relationships with customers that continue to this day. After opening the first office and shop in his backyard, Bob White, in 1981 built the first shop and first cleaning machine building that is located at the New Iberia, Louisiana facility on Hwy 14. Shortly thereafter in 1985, our main operations facility was built. The company steadily grew adding three cleaning machine buildings, an inspection building, bigger shop facilities, and a fleet of eighteen wheelers. In 1996, Parker Drilling added Quail Tools to their family of energy companies. Parker's acquisition of the company has furthered the ability of Quail Tools to continue our dedicated service and quality while expanding exponentially. Quail Tools continues to operate under the direction and management of the White family. Bob's commitment to his customers and employees continues through his sons, Marc and Keith. Along with Quail's commitment to the founding principles and dedicated, loyal employees; such as David Blair, Wayne White, Chuck White and Tommy Bell, who have served the company for nearly three decades, Quail Tools has been fortunate to expand to various locations. We currently have facilities in Louisiana, Texas, Wyoming, and North Dakota. With tremendous on-site inventories as well as knowledgeable employees exhibiting a proud work ethic, we continue to meet and exceed our customer's needs while ensuring our reputation for safe quality service.Quail Tools Address
